Move Phone / Email info in the Action Bar to top right instead of top left?

How is this achieved? I have looked at header-top-area.php and tried to swap these and the social icons around but can't see how to do it.

to move those details to the right side, you need to use the following css:

#Action_bar .contact_details { float: right !important; }
