Fancy On/Off Buttons in Muffin Options Disappear in WP-Admin Area

I can't see the yes/no on/off button in the options area. This happened in 11.2 and still happens in 11.8 after I upgraded. I'm using WP version 4.4.2.

Nav Menu Roles has detected a possible conflict in the following locations: /themes/betheme/functions/theme-mega-menu.php on line 48. Please direct the author of the conflicting theme or plugin to the FAQ ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-roles/faq/#conflict ) for a solution.
