Fancy On/Off Buttons in Muffin Options Disappear in WP-Admin Area

I can't see the yes/no on/off button in the options area. This happened in 11.2 and still happens in 11.8 after I upgraded. I'm using WP version 4.4.2.

2. You can deactivate included mega menu under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
