How do I automatically set every blog post to have a specific sidebar?

Right now I am having to set the sidebar for every blog post. How do I set a default so that my users don't have to mess with this every time?

In Theme options > Getting started > Sidebars section you have option to force sidebars for all single post pages. Just type sidebar name and that`s it.
