I would like to add text to the footer popup icon and change the color to stand out a little about the background. Can it be done?

hi

in the section menu Back to Top button, I added a contact form so customers can leave me your data and to call for a quote.

on that button, you can only put an icon, you get a phone, you can add text as "we return to call"?

No, it's not possible unfortunately. This requires files customization.
