How to change an Icon

Hello. I have seen multiple discussion on icons, but cannot figure out who to change an icon. 

This is the short code that appears in the Muffin Builder Content Box that came from the demo content. How do i change the icon referenced below to the Muffin Group "flight-icon" ?
