Language buttons do not show if you don`t use WPML, but for cart, we did option with latest version. Cart button can be turned OFF from Theme options > Getting started > Shop section. This is not button but menu item. As we see you did not created menu properly. You should setup menu in Appearance > Menus section first. We described it at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#menu

But to remove home item in your case, you must use below css:

#Top_bar .menu > li.page-item-6 { display: none !important; }
