NAV Menu Dissapearing

Hi, can you please have a look at below:

Between a screen width of 820px - 1300px the navigation menu dissapears all together. The normal as well as mobile menu complete dissapears.
The fonts on the nav menu and heading change between Chrome and Firefox.

Hi,

what we suggest to do:

1. Remove whole custom css.
2. If 1st step won't help, please remove all extra plugins.
3. If above, won't help as well, please re-install theme to our original version thru FTP.

Hi,

I had the exact same problem. Neither step 1 or 2 worked out for me... So I had to re-install the theme through FTP.

My question is: Will I be able to re-write the custom CSS without experiencing the same problem? :-SS

@nilshenrikj Maybe the problem is due to your custom css? We bet this is the reason so we do not see sense of re-writing css that destroy theme functionality.

@cinnabar That's very interesting what you say because when we remove one of your custom css's, menu appears what you can see on http://snag.gy/0RBj2.jpg

@muffingroup The only custom css I've used is from some of your Demos. I just copied it from the Muffin Builder (Appearance>BeTheme Options>Custom Css & JS) and pasted it on my site... So I don't know why this would destroy the theme functionality :-?

@nilshenrikj Remove it and you will see. As we proofed above, for other users, menu disappeared because of custom css. Please understand that menu does not disappear just like this. This is happening because of your custom css's, customization, plugin and other.
