hover box is moving by 1px

i suppose its not a new question. why the hover box is moving 1px up while hovering?

example: www.foxagencja.pl/robocze/gornapolka - every single hover box on this page.

this is how this css effect works and there is nothing what you can do to change this behave unfortunately.
