Google Crawl Errors

Hello, I am trying to determine the cause of the Google Crawl Errors that are below.

So far what I have done:

For #2, I've gone to the page http://www.roxyplasticsurgery.com/services/body/ and searched for anything relating to www.modgirlmarketing.com but came up with nothing.

For #3, I've gone to the page http://www.roxyplasticsurgery.com/gallery/breast-augmentation-gallery/ and searched for 10006 and there is a Patient with that # but doesn't really matchup exactly.

Hi,

we did checked above, but we did not found anything wrong and to be honest, we have no idea why Google shows errors.
