Change item title tags from h4 to h2

Hi,

most of the themes items automatically use h4 as title tags. 

In some cases this causes bad SEO results in terms of the title hierachie. For example on my page http://www.quality-lifestyle.de/kommunikation-und-gespraechsfuehrung/ I have a h1 title and then use some theme elements (Flat Boxes) which have a h4 title tag.

I would like to change these into h2. How can I ralize this?

this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
