can you try to be more clear with your question?  Do you want to set logo on all pages or what? As we see, you set different header type per individual pages so far.

So if you want to put the logo on all sites, you should set this logo under Layouts section where you set custom layouts for individual pages.

You set different headers per different pages, right? So now, you need to set logos per these layouts configurator or just upload the logo under Theme options > Global > General section and do not use different layouts per different pages. That's it!
