Remove hover effect

Which css code can I use to remove the hover effect over the masonry portfolio section?

I have already removed the 2 pop-up icon links, but the slight color change still remains.

This is mask. To remove it as well, please use below css:

.image_frame .image_wrapper .mask:after { display: none !important; }
