These are Icon Bar shortcodes. All shortcodes are located under []+ button which is available for wp editor. More details about shortcodes you can find on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#muffin-builder

It is also not clear how to create a social bar somewhere at the end of content or at the END of a post.

On the blog posts the social widgets are really large under the post title.

I prefer to have them below the post title, or at least much smaller as they detract from the content.

@DaraEmerson We agree that this might not be clear because you posted in the wrong topic. Your question is completely unrelated to what previous user wrote. You ask for the Share Box which is not editable. The only thing you can do is remove this box under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.
