Subheader on single post page

Hello,

I have tried everything I have researched, including placing the following in the custom CSS as stated in this forum, which did do anything:

.single-post #Subheader { display: none; }

.blog #Subheader { display: none; }

I have included a link to the page in question. I would like not to have the subheader picture of "Space" in my single post pages

Hi,

to remove header image from single post page, please use below css:

.single-post #Header_wrapper { height: 0 !important; }

Also you can turn on Header | Minimalist option in Theme options > Layout > Header section but this will remove header background for all pages.

Thanks that removed the image, but created another problem:

The slashed lines and "Show all are now up by the main menu.

This is header. Do you want to remove this section with diagonal lines or what?

In the first post I wanted to get rid of the "blue space" picture that was below the menu and above the post. The code you supplied eliminated the "blue space" picture, but the diagonal lines that were above the post now have moved up and overlay the main menu.

I would it to look like http://drtoddsmith.com/blog, but without the "blue space" picture.

Take a look at http://snag.gy/JxNUs.jpg to see how it looks like on our side. Those diagonal lines do not overlay menu so we don`t understand what is the problem.
