Post top padding

When I create a new post there is a lot of padding on the top of the post which I would like to remove. How do I do this?

please use below css and this will help you to decrease padding from top:

body:not(.template-slider) #Content { padding-top: 0 !important; }

Also you should remove one section from muffin builder which is empty on your side. You can see it at http://snag.gy/OrxRH.jpg

The padding is back again. Maybe because i'm using a side bar, but I don't know how to remove it.

I already have this in the custom CSS:

body:not(.template-slider) #Content { padding-top: 0 !important; }

Also, how can I vertically center the fancy heading?

This padding does not come from content. You got it because you have empty section setup inside muffin builder what you can see at http://snag.gy/ACKjK.jpg

About fancy heading, it is unfortunately technically not possible to center fancy heading vertically. Instead you can give margin for this item and this should help you:

.fancy_heading .title { margin-top: 40px; }

Where can I find the empty section? I do not see it in muffin builder (see image)

Sorry but we have no idea where this empty section is. You need to check pages you did because we just showed what we see in the code.

But css, should be pasted in Theme options > Layout > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section like any other custom css.
