call to action button "image cannot be loaded" error

Hi!

I am having some problem on my call to action button. when I placed the link to my pdf on the link textbox of the "call to action" item on the muffingroup builder it says image cannot be loaded.

how can I resolve this? thanks!

go to the "Get the summary" section and click on it. it will show the error.

go to the bottom part on the program summary. and click the button. you'll encounter the problem

As we can see, you are trying to open pdf file in popup what is not allowed. This popup feature supports only images or plain text. Nothing else.

Is there a way to make a pop up feature button to show pdf files? or any other way to create a button that re-opens in new tab the pdf?

It's not possible as well, sorry. Popup displays images, videos and plain text only.
