toggle button to hide content disappeared

Hi,

For some reason the toggle button in the back end used to hide content in the text box has suddenly disappeared. The page in question is here http://ferndate.wpengine.com/paying-on-the-first-date/. I took a screen shot of the back end and have posted it here http://zoepdx.com/hidden/.
