Export/Import error. Revolution Slider

Hi guys,

when I export and then import in an other my site, my Slide, plugin gives me this answer:

importing slider settings and data...

Not have been found custom animations, if the slide uses custom animations, the conditioned export can be corrupted...

No dynamic style has been found, if the Slide uses dynamic styles, the conditioned export can be damaged ...

How can i do?

Hi,

the problem might be with your slider version. We suggest to update slider thru FTP. All details about slider update you can find on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/5/how-to-update-revolution-slider

Already done. It is update to the last version: 5.1.6

I don't understand what I have to do for correctly export/import my slide. I need it.

PS: in the .zip file that Revolution Slider creates when I export the slide, there's not files dynamic-captions.css, static-captions.css. I only have image folder.

This files are, instead, in the Revolution Slider demo folders with the theme.

Sorry but we are not sure if we get it. You had old slider version (which one exactly) and you exported slider and now you want to import this slider to the new slider version?

I have created my slide in the Revolution Slider 5.1.6. in the default theme, then exported and imported in the SEO theme.

It doesn't work correctly!  I have just retry.

There must be difference between slider versions. There is no other reason why this message appear.

No guys. They are the same!

So please send us private message with access to both sites, we will check slider versions, and then we export slider from one site and will try import to second.

I'm working off-line....with MAMP PRO.

If, in the future, i will have same problems again, i'll call you.

Right now, unfortunatelly, i re-create the slide.
