This is WP's gallery. Instead of existing images ID's you need to set your own.

one more thing .. as you can see on my website .. www.im-tech.net .. the image resolution is low. allthough the images are in good resolution. how can get it as in the demo?

i ve followed the steps in the post and uploaded new photos in 300 and 1200 and regenerated them with the plugin but still the same problem.

Sorry but what you followed? We didn't told you to upload new images. As it has been explained in above topic, you need to change gallery sizes and then you need to use Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to resize those images. We guarantee that it works and this is the only way to sort image's quality.
