Where do I change the header bg picutre?

The arrow on the top right corner, where do I go to remove that?

While you create/edit page, on right side you have option called "Featured image" and this is the place where you can setup own header image instead.

How do I remove the widget that's on the top right corner header? The arrow in the corner.

This can be turned ON/OFF in Theme options > Layout > Header section. Option is called "Sliding Top".
