We set this background image under Theme options > Footer section where Background Image field is.

That's very interesting because as you can see http://pasteboard.co/1N4gjlDq.png footer background does not exist.

Yes, but on the bottom there is copyright.png . Can i change it from anywhere

As we see, this path is under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section but it does not affect footer at all.
