Textbox with background color on image.

We're struggling with the following:

We want to have an image with a text box with a black or white background on it. The problem now is, that the background color of our text box disappears behind our image. See the left top image: http://prntscr.com/a6w4eg

We want the text box like the others. We placed the others with an additional row and shifted with margins to get it on top of the image. Fine on desktop, but it doensn't work responsive like this. Could you help us out?

In our example in the screenshot, it works on desktop. But responsive it doesn't work, because the textblocks and image are set in different rows.
