How do I remove the post navigation with the picture at the bottom of single posts?

You can remove it under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.

This also removes the navigation that appears above the post. I just want to remove the navigation at the bottom of the screen, the one with the additional thumbnail image.

.single-post .fixed-nav { display: none !important; }
