Request Entity Too Large 413 Error message
I recently purchased the Betheme for one of my clients. After uploading the theme and demo content on the wordpress site, I am not allowed to update the content from the front end dashboard. I keep getting a 413 error (Request Entity Too Large. The requested post.php etc.) when making a change and clicking update. I do have the delux hosting service with Godaddy and have several functioning sites hosted; all with wordpress premium themes that have never presented this type of issue before. I am frustrated and don't know exactly what I can do to fix the problem and I need to have a solutions fast.
Symptoms that cause the error:
- Anytime I load the front page editor, make a change to the demo content in the visual composer and try to save the update it spins and eventually kicks me to the 413 error site.
- When I try to Preview Changes, it spins and kicks me to the 413 error page
- When I refresh the front page and try to add content, photos or modify the slider from the front page editor, it spins and sends me to 413 error page.
I have done the following to correct the issue with no resolution:
- Contacted Godaddy Tech Support Team several times and we modified the ini file size to 256M/128M and 5 min (This didn't correct the issue)
- I called their Hosting Support Team again this morning after going through wordpress blogs for two days. They guided me to my FTP file manager and had me manually change the settings again. Then cleared all of the system cache and restart the site. (This didn't correct the issue)
- I disabled all of the plugins and tried to update the site. Same 413 Error. (No fix)
- I uninstalled the Betheme and re-installed. Same 413 Error (No fix)
- Was told by Godaddy to reach out to the theme developers for more assistance since they can't tell me what is going on.
Thanks,
Scott

saying that you did never had any problem with other premium themes is not a clue because you did never had any theme such such large amount of features, functions and options. That's why you can not compare this theme with themes that have 50% or even less of our options.
We suggest to contact with your admin because we are pretty sure that variables like: upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time, post_max_size, memory_limit and max_input_vars need to be increased on server side. We also suggest to Appearance > System Status section.
Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource/wp-admin/post.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.
Hi,
Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204643880/how-can-i-create-a-phpinfo.php-page.
