What are the guidelines for embedding video into a section.

The problem I am having is that there is no flexibility in centering or scaling video when using the background video options. Any video I place there is blown up almost 200% and cut off on the right as it is left aligned to the section. With that in mind I would like to know if there are dimensions that I can work with that would make my videos look better in the background.

Background videos won't never scale. The same concerns images. It's technically impossible. Scaled can be only regular images made with IMG html tags. But css backgrounds like videos or images won't never be.
