I've just bought this, to use to build websites for clients.

Can I do that, or do I need a different licence?

Hi,

in reference to TF license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as much licenses and many sites you want to build. Of course this concerns all themes on Themeforest marketplace.

My mistake. I didn't realise until I'd purchased.

Could I get a refund please, as I need a theme that I can use on unlimited sites?

We are not the seller, you bought theme from Envato so you need to contact with Envato as we have nothing to sales.
