How to add play video button?

Hello i have been trying to add play video button to the slider but anything seen to work.

I want a play video button on the slider, so people can click it and watch any video that i have.

I found this on themepunch

The things is that after following all this steps, nothing happened.

Could you please help me with this.

as you see, this article is outdated and such option does not exist. That's why it does not work.
