Hamburger menu and then sticky full width menu on scroll

I love the hamburger (three stacked bar icon). Im wondering if its possible to have the Hamburger menu show up when you visit the site and then have it switch to the sticky full width menu on scroll? Right now, the hamburger icon is sticky. any way to change that?
