How do you change the menu background color?

With this option selected in Global Options:

"X Transparent Top Bar with Menu

Works only with headers at the top and screen width > 768px"

How do I only add a white background to the menu, but keep header transparent?

Ok. So you can do this with the following css:

#Top_bar .menu_wrapper { background: #FFF !important; }
