Yes, this time it is our theme. Previously it wasn't. There was a different page. So we did checked your site and looks like there is not enough space in sticky header and that's why menu items goes below the logo and search bar. So if you will decrease the number of menu items OR you will decrease padding between menu items with the following css:

#Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { padding: 0 20px !important; }
