Custom Skin Not working

I have my Theme skin set on "Custom Skin" and i made changes to colors (not work or change -- Saves them though) I try to add a sub background no change.  If i pick a color template works like a charm.  I have reset my browser  cashe, I reinstalled the theme deleting the old, and installing the newest one 2.2.  nothing seems to work for me. and this is getting really frustrating.  Also tried the child theme with the main making the child active all i get is a page with no CSS at all. Also I can not change the Footer color or action bar color or sliding top

Please send us access to your wp dashboard and FTP on pm and we`ll have a look because we have no idea what can be wrong. This must be some cache but we must to verify it.
