On the Taxi Demo, the booking form...
Is there anyway of getting that layout code to use on my website? I want it to be grey and not yellow, but it looks really great.

sure, it's possible. Just create extra wp instance for tests, import Be|Taxi demo, check how it was made and get what you need and transfer to your site.
