Footer color background

Hello , I have a problem to change the footer background .I followed the instruction :6.12.4 FooterFooter background - background color for footer section
I changed the color by a green color, but it remains blue .Can you help me please.Thank you.

Hi,

your footer remains blue because you use pre-defined skin. If you want to use custom colors, you must switch to custom skin instead.
