Sticky Menu "Hire US" button too low?

I am sure this is an easy fix, but when you scroll down and the stick menu takes over, the right "hire us" is too low for the menu?

Any way to easily solve this?

Ok, we found it. It happens due to your extra css under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section:

#Top_bar.is-sticky a.button.action_button {
    top: 10px;
}

Just replace 10px with -4px and all would be fine.
