Hi! 

I don't remember what is the settings for menu and now the menu is on the middle of the page. 

What is the correct settings for put the menu in the header?

the images you tried to provide above, does not work. To send us images, we suggest to use online services like http://pasteboard.co/ but except that, please also provide link to page where menu is in the middle because we need to have a look into code.
