Bulk Replacing URLs?

Hey guys,

I'm taking a site live and did a bunch of work during it's time in staging.  That's to say, I have a bunch of links that are cooldomain.wpengine.com that I need updated to cooldomain.com.  I used a plug-in Search & Replace, which seemed reliable - but for some reason, I couldn't get it to update all the links. I then I stumbled across the plug-in Mfn CB Migrate Tool and thought "perfect!" - but even after running that I still have links that don't work right.

There are links IN Muffin Builder that aren't being updated.  Does that have something to do with it?  Is that content somehow encoded differently?

Hi,

while moving websites between servers, we always use Mfn CB Migrate Tool and WP Migrate DB plugin and did never had any problem with links. So please use these tools and everything should be fine.
