Disappearing section by unhiding footer

I found the same question in support relating to the issue I was having in which the footer was missing from the Yoga theme. 

From the information in the post, I removed the appropriate CSS - and the footer showed up. 

BUT without doing anything else - the section (below) disappeared ?!

I did not add any other code- and I just removed the CSS code that was hiding the footer....

The footer is now there but the section which I attached above is now missing...even though I did nothing to remove it. I also did not add any code- simply removed CSS that was 'hiding' the footer. The site in under development, not live yet...so how can I send it to you ?

Thats odd...I opened a new window in Chrome and its there ! It must have been some weird thing with the browser...

That's weird. But if the footer won't be visible, we need link to page and only then we are able to check what might be the reason.
