Resizing font size on mobile devices

How can I resize some headings (h1, h2, etc.) when they are displayed on mobile devices?

Use media queries to target browser width and set font-size for the h1, h2 from that CSS rule.

Or you can use Decrease fonts option under Theme options > Responsive section.

I have turned on Decrease Fonts under the responsive section, but nothing changes with the fonts. All the lines of text are really tight and the lines run together.

You have probably increased the font size of the text on your page but you forgot to increase the line-height as well. Please make the line height +10px larger than the coresponding font size.
