can't get sliders to work

hello I need help..

when I upload a demo (it doesn't matter which one) I have tried a whole bunch of them.

I go and see my website and when I get there it says the following error at the top "Error: Slider with alias business not found. "

I then go and upload the correct slider with slider revolution but we website still doesn't look like the demo and it still has the same message at the top..

can anyone help me figure out what it is that I am doing wrong?

I figured it out.. I am new to this. but apparently I had uploaded multiple demos. I didn't know I had to reset wordpress every time I wanted to upload a new demo page. so it was all messed up but got it working so far.. still learning though.

now I just can't seem to be able to find a way to edit a part at the top of the page where it says "have any questions give us a call"

it's at the very top.. it doesn't seem to be a widget because I deleted all of the ones I had showing up at the bottom. so not sure how to access that to change/delete.. can you help me figure that out?

It's Action Bar and all it's content, can be changed under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.

one last question.

if I upload a video from my computer.. it just keeps playing over and over again.

is there a way I can make it so it can only play one time?

and also on Google Chrome when I got the website on the tab at the top. it has the "BE" before the website's name. can I take the off or does it always stay like that? I attached an image so you know what I am talking about

1. No, it is not possible to play it once.

2. This is Favicon which can be changed to your own under Theme options > Global > General section.

thank you for being so patient with me. like I mentioned I am super new to this..

I think my site is looking good so far.. I am just having issues with editing the social media at the top of the page.

you mentioned I could change it by going to Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar

well I did find that and was able to change the phone number and the email which is located on the left side. but I cannot find where the social media is so I can edit it.
