Help please!

The website I'm working on has been working fine, and then I looked today, and the text has all turned white (I only want the text on the grey background to be white, everything on the white background should be visible). I went into the theme options to see if something was off there, but everything is still the same as I had it set. 

Could you please take a look - www.levelbestconcretelifting.com and see if you can tell me what happened and/or how I fix it?

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check how many html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

Ok, I've done that (used the add-on Firebug), and I don't understand what to do from there. It brings up a bunch of html when I visit the page - but it doesn't seem to point out any errors. I have a decent understanding of html, but could use some more help please.
