why I can not add images in the theme?

hi there:

why I can not add images in the theme? visit: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/post/discussion/

At the bottom of frame 4B. There is only one images. I tried add new three pictures in wordpress and clicked update button, but the browser only show one picture. Even the wordpress backend edit page only display one original image.

Please help. Thank you.
