Add Font Loader for loading Google fonts asynchronously

could you please implement https://github.com/typekit/webfontloader to load google fonts asynchronously? I'm trying to optimize my site for SEO, and Google Page Insight is constantly complaining about having the fonts rendered directly in head... I can assist you with the changes needed, if you need some help...

It all depends on how your set up the cache plugin, there is no default function in betheme.
