Thank you but I fail to see anything on that page that indicates why when adding demo content that the menu does not match that of what the demo site is supposed to look like. The rest of the demo content comes through fine but the menu does not.
So don't you see any limits in that section? Like no support for wp_remote_get() function? From what you wrote, menu does not come the same because of no support for this function. You can try to import missing settings manually of course but it does not change the fact that your hosting does not support WordPress functions.
