Excessively Large Mobile Header

The header on my site has an excessive amount of padding when viewed on mobile devices. You can see the screenshot at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B01lAUPav3tLQkpkb0RqSVJZQXc/view?usp=sharing.

I've tried fixing this both through the site settings and CSS but have not had any success. Can anyone offer their help? Thanks!

Hi,

looks like it's Right Top Bar which is empty. If you don't need it, you can hide it under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.
