Bugs on different sections of Betheme

hi,

i have bought your Betheme, i establish my website, then i found out that the loading time is incredibely awful, Loading time was around 30 seconds, i paid 100 USD to decrease the loading time, and it is opposite of your claim about fast and user friendly.

Current issues,
1. when my website is opened, loading of each section of home page is not happen is the same time, for example: about main menu: first main menu show in 2 lines and then 2 situation will happen to main menu shown in correct way: 1. after scrolling up and down main menu will fix 2. after few seconds it fix,,,,, but this issue is very annoying

2. there is a service section on my home page which is created by portfolio, the service section does not load properly, the theme is very messy ??? here i can not upload the screenshot of that, for example: sometime they load and show on one column or they shows very big

3. your theme is not compatible with WPML plugin, my website is multilanguage website has 2 language: English and Persian language

4. about the sidebar, in english language i create sidebar called: Page but in persian language another sidebar shows

5. on the persian language.: main menu the first button from right side has a problem called (مقالات)

when the visitor on persian home page there is no problem, but when the visitor is on another persian page and push that button, it goes to english page ,

and then push the مقالات button it goes to http://www.turkeyimmigration.com/family-residence-permit-in-turkey/#articlef

Sorry , even i could not solve the 4th problem, because when i assign side bar menu on Widget for each English and persian language, it can not assigned , the problem is on WPML,,,,,,

the WPML is not compatiple with Theme

Hi,

you must did something wrong on your end then because as you can see on http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/bNCz9n/http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ the loading time is less than 2 seconds. So saying that "theme loads in 30 seconds" is not true.

1. We did checked your site but we are not sure if we get your request. The files, sections, etc can not load in the same time. Some files always loads first but another one loads the last. The most important are Javascripts that are responsible for counting positions (like menu) and these must be loaded at the end. This is how best coding practices works.

2. Would be great if you can show us what you mean because at this moment, we completely don't get your question. To provide screenshots, you can use http://pasteboard.co/

3. Yes, our theme is compatible with WPML plugin of course and even was tested by wpml's team what has been clearly stated on https://wpml.org/theme/betheme/ so what you said, is NOT TRUE. If you have any problems with this plugin, you should contact with plugin's author.

4. How exactly you set those sidebars? Did you used Widget Logic tool which is necessary to translate widgets inside sidebars per languages? More details about it you can read on https://wpml.org/2011/03/howto-display-different-widgets-per-language/

5. In this case, you need to contact with plugin's author because theme does not have any impact on it. It's something on plugin's side.

Hi,
as i said the loading time was 30 Seconds, and then i hired a developer paid 100 USD to solve it,

1. the problem is time between loading of different part is too much, i have worked many theme, and also see many websites, but never see this kind of loading. actually after website optimization and changing my server to VPS by ssd ram , the loading of MENU, SERVİCE(portfolio), is like that,

3. sir, i don t know what is the problem, even my wpml does not match the 2 menu, for example for tope menu i have english one, but for persian one when i click the menu which is translated from english it s empty and i can not assign any menu or button to that persian menu

4. yes, ,it does not work, i create 2 widget and in widget logic in english language i write:

ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == 'en'

and in persian language i write 
ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == 'fa'

but i does not work

ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == ''

the problem is even the 2 menu not associated

1. Sorry but we still don't understand it and the images are not the explanation for sure. Do you mean that you hired developer who decreased page load time and in the meantime he broke the look of your site?

2. As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2hnXANj2.png it does not look the same on our end. We did checked on several different computers and all is fine.

3. Like we wrote above, you need to contact with wpml support team because the problem is not related with theme.

4. If it does not work, you must contact with wpml suport team then because theme does not have any impact on it.
