Search & Replace for Muffin Builder?

Is there a search and replace plugin that works on the code within Muffin Builder? Most Search & Replace plugins that I have found will properly replace code in pages, posts and the database, however those plugins do not alter the code found within my builds with Muffin Builder. It is very tedious manually replacing code from a development site over to a live domain url.

Here is an example: I need to change many instances of [Links visible only for registered users] to [Links visible only for registered users] throughout many pages created within Muffin Builder. Thank you for your help!
