I am trying to change footer color on my website but it is only white. I can't find anywhere else to control the color for footer.

Hi,

as we can see on http://pasteboard.co/2g9bHLes.png you changed footer background already. It's not white as you wrote above. You may do not see this change because of cache plugin. We suggest to turn it off if you don't know how it works because this plugin may bring more harm than good.
