Adding a shortcode to footer Call to Action area/row

I want to add a shortcode in the footer Call to Action area (clients and/or a button). Is there any workaround I can do to get any shortcode working here?

Hi,

for this section you can`t use shortcodes. Only html tags inside can be used instead.
