Hide Navigation Arrows and Filters in Portfolio

hi,

i'm looking for a solution to hide the navigation bar in portfolio pages and the filter function. i want to hide the red areas in the screenshot(i'm using the portfolio theme) but show the green areas. is there a solution for that?
