Hi,

we did checked your site but we do not see any difference between your client's section and on our demo. Both looks and works exactly the same.

Yes, we did. http://pasteboard.co/2lU3UrTL.png - this is how the logo looks like on mobile. And this is the image of mobile logo http://turnerteleco.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/TURNER_TELECO_LOGO.png - this is the same image but on mobile it's just just smaller. The only thing you can do to increase logo size on mobile is remove logo margin what can be done with the following css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #Top_bar .logo #logo { margin: 0 !important; }
}
